BREEZE ANGLE

Two independent apartments, one on each level, designed to make the most of their location facing the dune and the sea. Each unit features three bedrooms, a living room, dining area, and kitchen with ocean views, as well as terraces. The ground-floor apartment also includes an outdoor bathtub.

The proposal seeks to blend naturally into the surrounding landscape. The selection of materials and tones draws from the colors of the sand to visually minimize the building’s presence, while the original vegetation of the dune is preserved along the front, reinforcing the project’s connection with its surroundings.
