RED POINT

A mixed-use project specifically designed to take advantage of the site's particular conditions, integrating commercial spaces, housing, and vehicular circulation into a functional and flexible development.

The front building features 8 commercial spaces on the ground floor facing the main façade, along with 4 apartments at the rear. The upper floor includes 8 apartments at the front, following the same flexible model, and 4 apartments at the rear with a different layout.

At the back of the site, 4 independent houses are also incorporated, designed to foster a sense of community through shared spaces and landscaped areas. The development includes a U-shaped vehicular circulation route, parking for residents and motorcycles, and gravel areas that promote ground permeability.

In total, the project comprises 20 residential units and 8 commercial spaces, with layouts designed to accommodate different user needs. The design seeks to provide a comfortable, accessible, and profitable solution, particularly suited to this type of site and its context.
